SPARK ENERGY was established in February 1988 by Sergio Bellato, a successful Treviso entrepreneur, for the purpose of designing, producing and supplying products and services for energy production and energy-saving.

New industrial establishment in Possagno:
In 1999 the company changed 2001 SPARK Energy moved to a new and more spacious establishment situated in Possagno, with modern testing room for gas cogeneration till 6MWe.

Quality certification:
ahead of the times, SPARK ENERGY decided to introduce the first quality manual according to ISO 9000 standards.

Cogeneration development:
With the production of "traditional" Generating Sets already consolidated, in 1992 SPARK ENERGY began to design, manufacture and install the first cogeneration systems, with the aim of supplying systems for high-efficiency energy production with reduced environmental impact, specializing in natural gas motors.
